Business Development Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Playa Vista
Employment Type: Full Time

Bidfluence is hiring a Business Development Coordinator to join our growing publisher sales team. The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for achieving revenue targets on the Bidfluence suite of monetization tools to mid-tail publishers across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibilities include working a full sales cycle: Identifying proper publishers from a list of potential customers, reaching out to publishers for integration of our monetization tools, working with those publishers to present the Bidfluence value proposition; working through contract process; coordinating with Account Operations on implementation and ramp up, and ongoing strategic relationship management. Updating salesforce through every step of the process.
  • Achieve supply volume, publisher integrations and revenue targets.
  • Consistently able to identify and cultivate incremental revenue growth opportunities through cross selling Bidfluence products.
  • Cultivate relationships and ensure quality of new supply so we’re building a sustainable business.
  • Evangelize Bidfluence brand and products in the marketplace as a recognized leader in the industry.
  • Communicate to Management and Operations in persona and via Slack to ensure continuous value creation for our partnership.
  • Support and contribute to a fun, connected and ambitious internal environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years of business development experience
  • Basic understanding of Excel
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Located in Los Angeles Area

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibilities include working a full sales cycle: Identifying proper publishers from a list of potential customers, reaching out to publishers for integration of our monetization working with those publishers to present the Bidfluence value proposition; working through contract process; coordinating with Account Operations on implementation and ramp up, and
    ongoing strategic relationship management. Updating CMRs through every step of the process
  • Achieve supply volume, publisher integrations and revenue targets.
  • Consistently able to identify and cultivate incremental revenue growth opportunities through cross selling Bidfluence products.

Internship
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Playa Vista

Bidfluence is looking for a qualified intern to join our team. Interns are responsible for assisting the publisher development team with achieving revenue targets on the Bidfluence suite of monetization tools. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in Ad Tech.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in qualifying publisher development leads
  • Assist with fulfillment of onboarding new web publishers
  • Assist with execution of trade shows
  • Assist with the strategic understanding of the current Ad Tech landscape
  • Assist with public relations activity
  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
  • Prepare presentations
  • Enter information into CRM systems
  • Provide support to social media efforts
Requirements:

Bidfluence is looking for an undergraduate student in the Los Angeles area who is majoring in Sales, Marketing or Advertising. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the drive to flourish in a career in sales. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.
