TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (henceforth referred to as the “Terms”) regulate your access to and use of Bidfluence.com and Blog.Bidfluence.com (“Bidfluence”, "we”, “us”, “our”, “ours”, "websites").

INTRODUCTION

Please read these Terms carefully before you use the website, access the service or read our blog. By using the website or the blog, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these terms. These terms are fundamentally different then the Publisher or Advertiser agreements you sign as a customer of Bidfluence. These terms do not supersede those contracts. As the user, you always have the access to your personal data in order to exercise your right to change it. The detailed description on how to change your data or ask for its removal can be found in the Privacy Policy.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

You represent and warrant that your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You’re responsible for determining whether our websites are suitable for you to use in light of your obligations under any regulations like HIPAA, GLB, EU data privacy laws (including the General Data Protection Regulation) (collectively, “EU Data Privacy Laws”), United States export control laws and regulations and economic sanctions laws and regulations (“U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations”), or other applicable laws. As Bidfluence we reserve the proprietary rights including patents, trademarks, service marks, and copyrights. As the User, you pledge to respect our proprietary rights in Bidfluence, the Website, and the Blog. You may only use our brand assets with our consent.

As the User, you represent and warrant that you either own or have permission directly from Bidfluence to use any of the Content you've encountered from Bidfluence.com or blog.bidfluence.com.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE

Because the Website and the Blog will continue to evolve as we refine features and functionality, we may modify, suspend, or terminate the Website, and the Blog in general or with respect to you, occasionally without cause or prior notice. We may also delete any content or data from the Website or the Blog at our discretion. The measures considering personal data you provide the Website and the Blog are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which should be treated as an inherent part of these Terms.

ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization (for example, your employer), you warrant and represent that you are a properly authorized representative of such organization with the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of such organization.
